Ambassador Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The Ambassador Program allows members of The Conscious Community to earn commission by referring new customers to the platform. By joining the program, you agree to these Ambassador Terms.

2. Commission Structure

Ambassadors earn 5% of The Conscious Community's platform commission on eligible transactions generated by their referrals. The platform commission is 10% of the transaction; the ambassador's share is 5% of that commission (0.5% of the transaction total). There are no tiers, ranks, or multi-level components. Commission is paid only on completed (paid) transactions.

• Commission rate: 5% of the platform commission (0.5% of the transaction total).
• Eligible transactions: paid bookings, product purchases, and paid experiences.
• Non-eligible: refunded, cancelled, or failed transactions.
• No recruitment or multi-level commission — this is a single-level referral program.

3. Attribution Window

Attribution lasts for 12 months from the date a customer first uses your referral link or code. During this window, you receive commission on all eligible transactions made by that customer. After 12 months, the attribution expires and the customer is no longer attributed to you.

4. Self-Referrals Prohibited

Ambassadors may not earn commission on their own purchases. Self-referrals are blocked at the system level. Attempting to circumvent this restriction may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending commissions.

5. Earnings and Payouts

Commission is credited to your ambassador account when a referred customer's transaction is completed (payment confirmed). Earnings pass through a pending period before becoming available for payout. You may request a payout once your available balance meets the minimum threshold.

• Pending earnings: commission credited but not yet available for withdrawal.
• Available balance: earnings eligible for payout request.
• Lifetime earnings: cumulative commission across all completed referrals.
• Payout requests are processed via your selected method (bank transfer, PayPal, or Stripe).

6. Refund Reversals

If a referred customer's transaction is refunded (fully or partially), the corresponding commission is reversed proportionally. Full refunds result in full commission reversal; partial refunds result in proportional commission adjustment.

7. Promotional Guidelines

Ambassadors must:

• Promote honestly and without making false claims about products or services.
• Disclose their affiliate relationship where required by law.
• Not spam referral links or use deceptive marketing practices.
• Not create fake accounts to generate self-referrals.
• Comply with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.

8. Program Changes

The Conscious Community reserves the right to modify the commission rate, attribution window, or other program terms. Existing attributed customers remain under the terms in effect at the time of attribution. Changes apply prospectively to new attributions.

9. Termination

Ambassadors may leave the program at any time. The Conscious Community may remove an ambassador from the program for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abusive promotional practices. Upon termination, pending commissions may be forfeited if termination is for cause.
