Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Conscious Community platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Keep your account information up to date.
• Do not share your account credentials with others.
• You are responsible for all content you post and all bookings or transactions you make.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Infringe intellectual property rights of others.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Spam, scam, or engage in deceptive practices.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.

5. Content and Listings

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Service. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information, including pricing, availability, and descriptions.

6. Bookings and Transactions

Bookings are made directly between you and the listing business. The Conscious Community facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the booking contract. Specific booking terms are governed by our Booking Terms and Refund Policy.

7. Marketplace and Ambassador Program

Participation in the marketplace as a vendor and in the ambassador program is governed by separate terms. See Marketplace Terms and Ambassador Terms for details.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content not provided by users, is owned by The Conscious Community and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that listings, reviews, or other user content are accurate, complete, or reliable. You use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Conscious Community shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your privacy settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, where The Conscious Community SRL is registered (Cod unic de înregistrare: 50632763, Ale MOSTIŞTEA 39A Sc:1 Et:4 Ap:50, sect 3, 032115, București, Romania), without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of București, Romania, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
