With gentle, rhythmic movements, we lower cortisol levels, relieving fatigue and lowering blood pressure. We work the entire body to offer a complete experience of calm and well-being. Muscle relaxant: This massage focuses on releasing muscle tension through specialized techniques of friction, pressure, and percussion. At Dala, we begin with a relaxing general massage using plant-based oils, then precisely target and treat the areas of greatest stiffness. We use deep, targeted movements to effectively relieve muscle tension, as well as the use of cupping to help reduce pain caused by muscle spasms. For pregnant women: Beginning in the second trimester of pregnancy, pregnant women can enjoy a safe, relaxing or muscle-relieving massage at Dala. Our therapists, specialized in prenatal massages, apply gentle techniques to relieve tension in the back, legs, and hips. Beginning in the third trimester, lymphatic retention in the ankles and legs may increase. To relieve this retention, we work on lymphatic drainage in the legs, helping to reduce inflammation and improve circulation. We also use special cushions to provide maximum comfort, thus ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of the expectant mother.
