Elena Sound Yoga

About

Elena considers herself a lover of energetic and frequencies work. She combines the vibration of sound, yoga, Qigong, breathing and aromatherapy in which she has trained over many years. All within the universe that we live in contains an energetic field with different degrees of vibration. When some part of the body does not vibrate in harmony, certain sounds and vibrations as certain movements and breath patterns, have the power to restore it. Tuning in and starting to feel the body’s flow, coordinates with conscious breath that mobilizes the strength and your resources to transform emotional stress into vitality.
